Why we exist
When we started OwnersRoom, we set out to solve an important problem; increasing private companies’ access to capital. Since then, everything we do have been directed towards this very goal. While future value creation depends on the growth of new ideas and companies, investors are still attracted the well-regulated markets of listed companies and other investments. We are turning this upside down by re-directing the flow of capital towards unlisted companies, by bringing increased information transparency and liquidity to the private capital markets.
